Jeffrey W. Thompson, 39, of Hume, Mo., was charged in a 13-count indictment for bank fraud by a federal grand jury in Kansas City Monday. Thompson is charged with one count of bank fraud, three counts of misapplication of bank funds, six counts of false bank entries, reports and transactions, and three counts of making false statements to the FDIC.
