Kraft wants council election recount

Joe Kraft has filed for a recount of the Nov. 3 city council election through his attorney, Jeff Feuquay. Kraft came in third behind Sherry Steward, the winner of the second vacant seat, by only two votes -- 413 to 411; Brian Leonard came in first with 523 votes.
