Edward "Mac" Arthur Hornecker, 68, died Monday, Oct. 10, in Arkadelphia, Ark. Mac was born April 10, 1943, at the Hornecker Hospital, Sheldon, Mo., to Gordon and Pauline Hornecker. Lavon Liles, 90, a resident of Prescott, Kan., died Friday, Oct. 14, 2011, at the Country View Nursing Home in Prescott. She was born Dec. 8, 1920, in Hume, Mo., the daughter of Edward Norbury and Bessie Van Hoozer Norbury. Lavon graduated from the Hume High School in 1937. She married George Edward Liles on Dec. 24, 1938, at Harrisonville, Mo. He preceded her in death on Dec. 2, 2004. She was a member of the Prescott Baptist Church...
