Elsie June Collins, 73, of Nevada, Mo., passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013, at the Nevada Regional Medical Center, in Nevada, following a lengthy illness. Elsie was born March 7, 1940, in Louisburg, Mo., to Stanley Noel Reynolds and Cora Ethel Jackson. She married William Alonzo Collins Jr., on June 26, 1958, who preceded her in death in February of 1998...
