Dolores Kimmell, 91, Nevada, passed away on Sept. 22, 2013, at Moore-Few Care Center in Nevada. Dolores was born Oct. 20, 1921, in Holt County in northwestern Missouri. She grew up and attended Catholic schools in St. Joseph, Mo. Following high school, Dolores worked hard in business school and obtained a job as a secretary at the North American Modification Center in Kansas City. ...

A Nevada man was seriously injured in a single vehicle accident, two miles south of Milo on 1725 Road, at 4:40 p.m. Sept. 20, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol Sgt. Travis Polodna.
