Pauline M. (Stoner) Owen, 73, of Lamar, Mo., died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Feb. 28, at the Konantz Warden Funeral Home, in Lamar. Burial will be at Lake Cemetery in Lamar.

I have always loved eating hard boiled eggs. Actually I like eggs in any form, but some recipes call specifically for hard boiled eggs. Can you imagine trying to make deviled eggs if the eggs were not hard boiled in the first place?
