Howard Michael "Mike" Hubbard passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2015, at his home in Nevada, Mo. Mike was born Aug. 9, 1955, to Kent Wayne Hubbard and Anita Louise (McMinn) Hubbard in San Diego, Calif.
