Nevada Daily Mail Nevada's infrastructure board gave its approval to the 2015 street construction projects during its Nov. 12 meeting and started looking at streets to be rebuilt in 2016. Annette Scotten, 1119 W. Douglas, told the board they need to take a look at 1000 and 1200 blocks of West Douglas. She said the city had already worked on some of the streets in that area and that will finish improving the streets in that area...

Evelyn Eilleen Wescoat Bain, 90, passed away on Nov. 21, 2015, in Jefferson City, Mo. She was born on May 17, 1925, in Sabetha, Kan., the first born child of Arthur "Artie" Ephraim Wescoat and Mary Agnes (Brick) Wescoat.
