Evelyn Eilleen Wescoat Bain, 90, passed away on Nov. 21, 2015, in Jefferson City, Mo. She was born on May 17, 1925, in Sabetha, Kan., the first born child of Arthur "Artie" Ephraim Wescoat and Mary Agnes (Brick) Wescoat. Her family moved to Nevada, where Evelyn grew up on a farm with her many siblings. ...
