This past Tuesday was the filing deadline for elected offices and with no one else filing for the office of sheriff, it appears I will have the opportunity to serve another term as Vernon County Sheriff. Hi neighbors! Although we still have some cold nights ahead, it seems spring has sprung! Now we can cautiously stop worrying about ice and snow and start worrying about thunderstorms, hail and tornadoes. On a personal note, I celebrated another birthday yesterday!
