Patty Sue Ragan, 58, Grandview, Mo., formerly of Nevada, passed away on Friday, Jan. 26, at Research Medical Center in Kansas City following a lengthy illness. Patty was born June 28, 1959, in Nevada to Frank Junior and Rhoda May (Russell) Burdick. She grew up in Nevada and graduated from Nevada High School with the Class of 1977. Patty moved to the Kansas City area in 1994 and has resided there since that time...
