McArthur “Max” Seymour, 74, Joplin, Mo., died on Monday, Dec. 9, 2019, at Spring River Christian Village in Joplin. Max was born Aug. 30, 1945, in Cortez, Colo., to Harry and Florence (Bean) Seymour.
