Kevin Dale Bright, 58, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 14, 2021, at St. Luke’s North Hospital in Kansas City, Mo. Kevin was born May 25, 1963, in Nevada, Mo., to Arlen and Betty (Starlin) Bright.
