Roland Harley Allen, age 74, of Schell City, Mo., passed away on Monday, June 6, 2022, at Freeman Hospital in Joplin, Mo., following a sudden illness. Harley was born Jan. 30, 1948, in Appleton City, Mo., to Roland Claud and Catherine Marie (Valentine) Allen.
