Well, I knew it was only a matter of time and it finally happened. There have been several botched, missed and just plain bad calls made by the National Football League's replacement officials, but now, it's simply gone too far. There have been several instances in which one could make the argument that a call or a series of calls here and there that impacted the outcome of a game, but as of Monday night, there's now no way to argue that the replacements haven't actually given a game away as there was before. ...

Nevada Daily Mail RICH HILL -- The Rich Hill Lady Tigers volleyball team rallied to edge Appleton City Tuesday night in the Tiger Den at Rich Hill High School. The Lady Bulldogs won the opening set by a final score of 25-21, but Rich Hill recovered quickly, coming back to take the final two sets, 25-20 and 25-14, to win the match. The Lady Tigers are scheduled to compete in the Jasper tournament this weekend...

Nevada Daily Mail The Nevada Middle School seventh grade volleyball teams got back into action at home Thursday night, taking on Joplin North at Nevada Middle School. In the A game, Nevada took the victory in two sets by the final scores of 25-14 and 25-17. The B game was a much closer affair as Nevada needed three sets to do it, but still picked up the victory by the final scores of 25-23, 25-17 and 25-12 -- only losing the second set...
